Dark Chocolate-Dipped Banana “Ice Cream”

Instead of eating banana-flavored ice cream, why not eat a real banana-like ice cream? Your children will go crazy for this new and innovative dessert, and they themselves will want to help you make it, and of course, help you get rid of it as soon as possible.

Prep Time 2 hours and 10 minutes
Serves: 2
Difficulty Level: Low
Dark Chocolate-Dipped Banana “Ice Cream”
Ingredients for dessert:
Banana - 2 (halfved)
Skewers - 2 (one for each banana)
Dark chocolate - 3.5 oz.
Method of preparing the dessert:
  1. Insert the skewers into the bananas and freeze them for 2 hours.
  2. Once the bananas are frozen, melt the dark chocolate.
  3. Dip the bananas in the chocolate. Use a spoon to reach every part of it. Then dip them in your topping of choice (you can do this part with your kids).
Chef's Tip:
You can top with rainbow or chocolate sprinkles, ground nuts, or coconut powder. To help thicken the chocolate sauce, you can add cream.
