Mayonnaise Recipe
Ingredients for Mayonnaise:
Egg - 1
Vinegar - 2 tbsp.
Salt - 1/2 tsp.
Olive oil - 3/4 cup
Method of preparing the Mayonnaise:
  1. Place the egg, vinegar, and salt in a blender and blend at the highest speed for 10 seconds.
  2. Lower the speed and slowly pour the olive oil into the blender.
  3. Keep blending for 30 seconds until a thick consistency is reached.
  4. The mayonnaise will stay fresh for 2-4 weeks.
