Stuffed Pretzels

Sink your teeth into this cheesy pretzel! This recipe is quick and relatively easy but in order for it to stay neat, you have to make sure you sealed the dough perfectly. Enjoy the pretzels with this pizza dip!

Ingredients for pretzels:
Pizza dough - 1 roll
Mozzarella - 2 cups (grated)
Parsley - 1/4 cup (chopped)
Butter - 3 tbsp. (melted)
Garlic - 3 cloves (minced)
Parmesan cheese - 1 cup (grated)
Method of preparing the pretzels:
  1. Preheat oven to 390°F. Cut the dough vertically into 8 strips. Roll the dough a little, to stretch it a bit.
  2. Sprinkle mozzarella along each dough strip. Close each strip to make a small cyllinder. Make sure you tighten it well.
  3. Make pretzels shapes, using the video as a guide. Arrange your pretzels on a lined baking sheet.
  4. Mix the parsley and garlic with the melted butter and brush the mixture over the pretzels. Sprinkle with parmesan and bake for 20 minutes.
